House Manager (Full-Time) - Domestic Violence Services Program
General Description: Responsible for answering 24-hour hotline; intake of clients; supervising and meeting immediate needs of clients in shelter; experience working with victims of domestic violence preferred; sensitive to various cultural, ethnic/social backgrounds; strong communication and conflict resolution skills; ability to respond in a constructive, caring and supportive manner to women and children in a crisis situation. Education/Other Requirements : High School diploma; some college hours in social sciences preferred. Qualifications: Current Texas driver's license; insurable by agency insurance; computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation: $8.24/hour: occupational accident insurance; vacation, holiday and sick leave; health insurance, life, A.D.D & L.T.D; and retirement plan with employer match. Hours: Full-time position; 40 hours weekly; flexibility to work a varied schedule Monday–Friday, 7am – 4pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am; availability to occasionally work some weekends; FLSA: Non-Exempt. STAR Counselor - Youth & Family Services

General Description: Overall responsible for the management of assigned county client caseload. Maintains caseload through approved counseling techniques to meet STAR contractual requirements. Education/Other Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field or Master's Degree preferred; experience in direct care to youth and families desired. Must be insurable under Agency Insurance policies.
